- A fever above 38 degrees C (100.4 degrees F) lasting for more than 4 hours

- Absence of vaginal bleeding after taking the drug.
Naturally, you should experience heavy vaginal bleeding during the first two days, after which you will have light bleeding or just spots for as much as 16 days. Weakness, fever, and chills can also be expected. There are several side effects that you may experience as everything will depend on your body system.
However, if vomiting, nausea, weakness, dizziness, or diarrhoea should last beyond the first 24 hours after you have completed the dosage. You should get medical attention immediately because these could be symptoms of a more serious problem.

But you should also note that you can experience bleeding and cramping without the drugs terminating the pregnancy. The cramping and nausea may worsen within 24 hours of taking Misoprostol which is the second drug.
